NO SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION

24 hours notice is required for cancelling appointments.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment time or If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be billed a fee of $75

Cancellation fees will only be waived in the event of a medical emergency, a death in the family or a natural disaster.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost if you choose to see a provider who is not in network with your insurance.

If you are seeking out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company for mental health services, Revive Therapeutic Services is here to help.
