Yes, we are accepting new clients for all of our services, including Medication Management (ages 8+), Therapy (ages 8+), and TMS Therapy (ages 14+). Appointments are available within the week or the following week, depending on our waitlist. While we are based in Providence, Rhode Island, we also serve clients in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and Maryland via Telehealth. Please note that we do not offer phone consultations prior to booking. Your first appointment will be an assessment to determine if you and the provider are a good fit. We will send new client paperwork via email, which must be completed before booking an appointment. We will review your insurance and inform you of any financial responsibilities. Choosing the right therapist or psychiatrist is an important decision when it comes to managing your mental health. Once an intake form is completed, you are matched with the best provider for your needs. You can be assured that the provider assigned to you will offer the services and support you need. If, for any reason, you are not comfortable with the provider assigned to you, you can contact us and request to be matched with another provider. It is important to find a provider you can build a relationship with, so do not be afraid to ask for a different provider if you do not feel comfortable.

We are devoted to protecting the privacy of our clients and our staff are trained to maintain the highest levels of security and confidentiality when handling and storing patient information.
We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other relevant laws regarding patient privacy. We have detailed policies and procedures in place to protect our clients’ personal information, and all staff are trained on proper security protocols. We regularly review our security measures and audit our systems to ensure the highest levels of data protection. We strive to provide our clients with a safe and private environment in which to receive mental health care.
In order to ensure the safety of our clients and those around them, we take necessary steps by reporting suspected child abuse or neglect as well as any threats towards self-harm. We trust in the work done by local Child Protection services and law enforcement agencies to handle these delicate situations with care.

At your first appointment at Revive, you can expect to meet with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist to discuss your mental health history and the issues you are facing. The provider will listen to your story and ask questions to gain a better understanding of your symptoms and experiences. At the end of the appointment, you and your therapist or psychiatrist will work together to develop a plan for your mental health treatment. All information shared in the appointment is kept confidential and secure.

Yes, we offer telehealth services to our clients. This is a convenient and secure way to access mental health services from the comfort of your own home. Our teletherapy services are conducted using secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software. All you need is a secure internet connection and a device with audio and video capability.
